Three steps, no sign-in. The Highlight opens on this page, and you can watch each Story in full screen or save it.

Paste the link above. ReelDown opens the Highlight and shows every Story inside it as a grid, in the same order as on Instagram.
Tap any Story to watch it full screen and move through the rest with the arrows or by swiping. Each item can also be downloaded in its original quality.
Yes, and not because of a promise: it is how the page works. Instagram can only add a viewer when a logged-in account opens a Story. ReelDown never signs in with your account and does not know who you are on Instagram, so there is no account that could be added to the list.
That also means no follow request, no notification and nothing in the account owner's activity that leads back to you. You only need the link of a public Highlight.
However you call it, this page does one job: open a public Instagram Highlight in your browser so you can watch it anonymously.
Instagram uses two kinds of Highlight links. Both work here and open the same Highlight.
A username opens that account's current Stories. For saved collections, paste the Highlight link.
A Story disappears after 24 hours. A Highlight is a set of Stories the account decided to keep on the profile.
Highlights are the circles under the bio. They stay until the owner removes them, so you can watch them long after the original Stories expired.
For what an account posted today, use the Instagram Story Viewer or the Story Downloader.
Highlights of private accounts are only shown to their followers. No website can open them without logging in, and ReelDown does not try.
