Instagram Unfollower Tracker
Use the tracker to compare follower information from your own account data. A saved baseline makes it possible to identify changes between two different points in time.
Compare your own Instagram follower data without sharing your password. Upload the data file Instagram gives you and see who doesn't follow you back, instantly and privately in your browser.
Use the .zip file Instagram sends you (Followers and following, JSON format). Add two exports from different dates to see exactly who unfollowed you.
Don't have the file yet? How to get your Instagram export
The Instagram Unfollower Tracker is designed around data from your own Instagram account export. It does not require your Instagram password and does not claim to expose private account information.
Use the tracker to compare follower information from your own account data. A saved baseline makes it possible to identify changes between two different points in time.
ReelDown keeps unfollower tracking focused on comparison instead of pretending a username alone can reveal a complete historical list of people who unfollowed an account.
The tracker reads files you download from Instagram for your own account, directly in your browser. ReelDown does not ask for your Instagram password.
Unfollower tracking is most accurate when you have your own follower data from more than one point in time.
In Instagram, go to Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information, choose Followers and following, select JSON and request the file. Instagram then sends you a ZIP to download.
Save an earlier snapshot if you want to identify who disappeared from your follower list between two checks.
Press Upload, select your ZIP (or two ZIPs from different dates) and press Compare. With one export you see who does not follow you back; with two you also see who unfollowed you.
These are not always the same thing. ReelDown keeps the distinction clear so the results are not presented in a misleading way.
To identify an actual unfollow between two dates, you need an older follower snapshot to compare with a newer one. Without a baseline, historical unfollows cannot be reconstructed reliably.
Current follower and following data can be compared to identify accounts you follow that are not currently following you back.
ReelDown does not promise to reveal private follower history by simply entering another person's username.
The tracker is designed around transparent comparison of account-owned data instead of login credentials or unsupported private-account claims.
The comparison never asks for your Instagram password, and your files are never uploaded to ReelDown.
Results are based on lists or snapshots you provide rather than a claim that ReelDown can secretly monitor every Instagram account.
This page stays focused on unfollower and follow-back comparison instead of mixing general follower analytics into the same tool.
