Using ReelDown
By accessing or using ReelDown, you agree to use the site responsibly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use ReelDown.
ReelDown provides pages and workflows related to supported public social-media information, public media links and certain account-owned data. Individual features may have different supported inputs, availability limits or implementation status.

Account-owned data
Some workflows may describe the use of information that belongs to your own account or that you lawfully obtain from your own account. You are responsible for making sure you are permitted to use any data you provide.
No private-access bypass
ReelDown is not intended to unlock private accounts, bypass privacy controls, defeat restricted access, expose hidden information or obtain content that is not otherwise available through the supported workflow.
Your responsibility
Content Rights and Permission
You are responsible for the URLs, usernames, files, account-owned data and other information you choose to use with ReelDown.
Viewing, accessing or saving media through a supported workflow does not transfer copyright, ownership or reuse rights. You should use content that you created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to access or save.

Do not bypass access controls
Do not use ReelDown in an attempt to bypass private accounts, restricted content, authentication requirements, privacy controls or other access restrictions.
Do not misuse other people's content
Do not use ReelDown to infringe copyright, violate another person's rights, impersonate someone, harass others or use content in a way you are not permitted to use.
Do not interfere with the service
Do not intentionally disrupt ReelDown, attempt unauthorized access to its infrastructure, evade technical protections or use automated activity in a way that harms the site's availability or security.
Availability
Results Are Not Guaranteed
A URL, username or other input can have the correct format without guaranteeing that the source remains public, available or able to provide the requested information or media.
Social-media content can be deleted, restricted, expire or change visibility. Platforms can also change their technical behavior, which can affect whether a ReelDown workflow remains available or produces the same result.
ReelDown does not guarantee a particular resolution, file format, historical record, live-tracking result or uninterrupted access to third-party content.
Current implementation
Interactive Features Are Still Being Developed
ReelDown currently contains pages that describe intended tool workflows and supported inputs while parts of the interactive backend are still being developed separately.
The current public ReelDown API routes are not active. An input field, button or workflow description should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee that every described interaction is already available.
ReelDown may add, remove, revise or replace features as development continues.
Third-party platforms
Instagram, Meta, Threads and Other Services
ReelDown is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Instagram or Meta.
References to Instagram, Threads or other third-party services are used to identify the platforms, content types and workflows discussed on ReelDown. Those platforms operate under their own terms, policies and technical systems.
Changes made by a third-party platform can affect ReelDown workflows without notice to ReelDown.
Site content
ReelDown Content and Branding
ReelDown's own site design, written materials, branding and original interface elements may not be copied or presented as your own except where you have permission to do so.
Third-party names, trademarks, media and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Service changes
Updates and Service Changes
ReelDown may modify, suspend or discontinue pages, workflows or technical features as the service develops or as external platform conditions change.
These Terms & Conditions may also be updated when ReelDown's functionality, policies or operating practices materially change. The version published on this page describes the terms currently presented by ReelDown.
Account security
Account Credentials and Authentication
ReelDown's documented public workflows are designed so that you do not provide your Instagram password to ReelDown. Public-source workflows use supported links, usernames or other permitted inputs rather than asking ReelDown to sign in to your social-media account.
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, session tokens, recovery codes or other sensitive account credentials through ReelDown. Keep account authentication information within the official service that issued it. You remain responsible for protecting access to your own accounts and devices.
